Small bottle consignments: the buying brief
Fill internal voids with an agreed packing system rather than leaving cases free to travel inside a full Euro box.
A collar system provides perimeter containment. Bottle protection still depends on cartons, layer support, restraint and the permitted stacking arrangement.

Keep the load and the enclosure separate
A wooden collar provides perimeter containment. The base supports the load and the inner pack controls movement and protection. Confirm all three against the goods rather than transferring a rating from another pallet or box. Use the matching collar product guide to discuss the components offered.
Plan the receiving and return process
For small bottle consignments, the packing decision starts with this specific check: Fill internal voids with an agreed packing system rather than leaving cases free to travel inside a full Euro box. Agree how the receiver opens the pack and removes the items. Where packaging is returned, record the expected condition of boards, hinges, lid and internal fittings before the set is used again.
